Q. Do you provide immunizations for travel to other countries?
A. No but they are available at the Vanderbilt Travel Clinic, (615) 936-1174.

Q. Can you fax or mail my shot records to another state as I have moved?
A. Yes, call (615) 340-5658 and we will be glad to send them for you.

Q. What are the clinic hours for shots?
A. The clinic hours are 8:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday. You should arrive by 2:30 to ensure you will get the immunization on that day.

Q. Where do I call to report a vaccine preventable disease?

Q. I have Hep. B or C and I need some information.
